Da sette anni, con FilmCaravan, selezioniamo cortometraggi provenienti da tutto il mondo e li portiamo nelle piazze e sulle spiagge del ponente ligure. 

Sette anni di lavoro appassionato nel tentativo di cogliere e mostrare ciò che altrimenti resterebbe invisibile e sconosciuto: ciò che è nuovo, inaspettato, vivo. 

Un po' come si è sempre fatto dalle nostre parti quando i marinai partivano per terre lontane e riportavano a casa prodotti mai visti. Ci sentiamo un po' come loro. 

Quest'anno, a causa di un'inaspettata mancanza di fondi, abbiamo bisogno del vostro aiuto. Purtroppo o per fortuna. Del resto, un festival è sempre qualcosa di partecipato, collettivo. Quest'anno lo sarà ancora di più. 

Vi chiediamo quindi un contributo di qualsiasi entità, a piacere. Un contributo che per noi sarà comunque grande. 

Puntiamo a 1000 euro per poter organizzare quattro serate di proiezioni dal 3 al 6 agosto. Cinque corti ogni sera seguiti da incontri con gli autori.  Il budget sarà impiegato per noleggiare le attrezzature per le proiezioni, stampare il materiale pubblicitario e ospitare i registi o gli attori. 

For seven years, with Filmcaravan, we have selected short films coming from all over the world and we have screened them on the squares and the beaches of the Liguarian villages.

Seven years of passionate work, trying to grasp works that otherwise would have remained unknown and invisible: All that is new, unexpected, alive.

We feel a bit like the sailors from our land, that travelled afar to bring home products that had never been seen before.

This year, due to an unexpected lack of fundings, we need your help. After all, a festival is always a collective endeavour. And this year it will be even more so.

Any contribution will be appreciated, no matter how small, it will be always big for us.

We aim at 1000 euros, to organise four projections between the 3rd and and the 6th of August. Five short films each night, followed by meetings with the directors. This budget will aloud us to rent the audiovisual service, print the promotional material and welcome actors and directors.
